Submission Overview
We are currently accepting submissions of papers, music and installations, as well as workshop proposals, across all aspects of Csound.
For each accepted submission, at least one author or contributor must register.
Accepted papers must be presented at the conference in order to be included in the proceedings.
Works involving live performance require the presence of the composer, performer(s), or a designated collaborator.
Installations require the presence of the author or a designated collaborator for setup and maintenance.
Workshops require the presence of the proposer or a designated collaborator.
Authors of fixed media works are strongly encouraged to attend the conference.
We encourage submissions, both musical and scientific, that engage with the themes, methods, and perspectives emerging from the work of Gottfried Michael Koenig and James Tenney.
For more information, please refer to the conference focus page.
All submissions (papers, music and installations) must be made through the Microsoft CMT conference system:
https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/CSOUND2026
In the Microsoft CMT system, contributors may choose between Papers and Artistic Works, which include both music and installation submissions.
Workshop proposals are handled separately and should be submitted via email.
